All products manufacture or sold by ARGYOR are regulated by the following GSC (General Sales Conditions).

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that all orders must be accepted by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been shipped.
All products sold by ARGYOR have been designed and manufactured in Spain and shipped for the US market from our subsidiary in Mexico. All of our products are hallmarked or tagged with the relevant guarantee (laboratory AR2 and 750 (18k) and 585 (14k) for gold products, 925 for silver products and 950 for platinum products) as well as a stamp or tag of origin (Argyor, Z59) in compliance with the Spanish Law on Precious Metals and European Regulations regarding the use of nickel in jewelry products.
For products that contain one or more studded diamonds, a guarantee card is sent which details the characteristics of the diamonds and confirms that their origin complies with that established in the "Kimberley Process".
The price of the products may change from time to time depending on the price quotations of precious metals and diamonds. Despite our efforts to quote the prices accurately, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
The delivery timeframe depends on the stock available at the time that the order is placed and, in the event of supply difficulties, we will give you information about substitute products which you can order. Usually you will receive your goods within 10 working days of the date of the shipment confirmation.
Products are sent to the billing address unless otherwise indicated by the customer. All deliveries may be subject to freight charges.
The delivery is considered complete when the courier makes the products available to the customer.
The customer has 30 days from the receipt of the product/s to return it/them to us. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Returned products must be packed in such a way that they suffer no damage with prior communication of their return by the customer to our Customer Service department by email, at
[email protected], or by phone 34 7 391 2425.
The products must be sent to Landis Company Warehouse/Argyor, 184 Tuckerton Road, Unit #2; Reading, Pennsylvania 19605 United States.
Returns are to be made exclusively through the courier arranged by us. You should contact us to arrange for the product to be collected at your home address. Product returns are free of charge providing that the return procedure is followed correctly.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. The details of your card will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of fraud. By clicking on the “Payment” button you are confirming that you are the legitimate owner of the credit card. The amount will be charged upon confirmation of your order.

Transfer of ownership of the products takes place after the receipt of full payment for the agreed upon price.
